As such, we offer the following warranty policy for our watches:
The warranty period of the customized watch is 2 years for the watch movement, and 1 year from the date of delivery. We can repair the watch defective part free of charge and bear half of the freight.
What is Covered
The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the watch, as determined by Aigell. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with the watch movement, watch dial, watch case, watch caseback,watch glass,watch crown, and watch band.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, or any other factors beyond Aigell’s control. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage or defects that arise from any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the watch.
If you believe your Aigell watch is covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team by email: [email protected] or phone/whatsapp: 0086-13312936843 to initiate a warranty claim. You will need to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photos. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will determine whether your watch is covered under the terms of the warranty.
If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace your watch at our discretion. If we determine that your watch cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price of the watch.
Modifications to the Warranty Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this warranty policy. Any changes will be posted on our website.
